Fine rooms with comfortable beds, lovely gardens, and a good rooftop jacuzzi. The restaurant serves exquisite dishes, and the attentive staff ensures every need is met. Perfect location for exploring the city. I wish I could have stayed longer!

A very nice way to end my trip. Awesome breakfast selection for all tastes with the superb eggs Benedict, fruit plus portions provided. Incredible location adjacent to local restaurants and tours and extremely friendly staff. Nearby La Muny Restaurante & Bar - great place to chill out...

Perfect for a couple's retreat

Let me tell you, the staff were pretty good-especially when they replaced snacks in the minibar without a hint of charge. Plus, the intimate atmosphere in the restaurant just sings romance.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but worth every penny if you're after quality.

Interesting building and rooms on the upper level. Comfortable decoration in the rooms, marvellous and lovely location. Incredible staff, concierge service, wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

It's a reasonably spacious hotel, astonishing breakfast. Wonderful restaurant, local food, people working here are BRILLIANTLY HELPFUL. The location is peaceful and absolutely perfect, 2 km from Pre-Columbian Gold Museum.

Secrets of the Courtyard Oasis

The hotel's interior courtyard was magical, a serene spot filled with lush plants and calming fountains. The staff was friendly.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, causing some frustration while trying to plan our next adventure. It was a small hiccup in an otherwise fantastic experience.

The noise from nearby events was unbearable. The reception staff was unhelpful when we complained about the music keeping us awake. It was annoying to feel ignored, especially at a 'luxury hotel' you expect better management of such disturbances.

The staff here are attentive. My room was cozy with a private garden. The rooftop jacuzzi was a nice touch for relaxation after exploring. Dining was a delight. The food was consistently excellent. I highly recommend it 🌺

The hotel features a lovely open courtyard surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The rooftop deck offers a fantastic spot to unwind while sipping a drink and enjoying the view.

Some rooms near the courtyard can be quite noisy, especially with late arrivals or loud music from nearby properties, which can disturb your stay. The breakfast experience could use refinement, as one dish was missing its main ingredient, highlighting slight lapses in attention to detail.
